The rental rate is $850.00. A $100.00 deposit is required to hold the date. Balance is due the day before the scheduled event.
The venue is an uncovered outdoor space and there is no weather contingency plan. If you are unable to host your event due to weather, money will be refunded.
Renters are required to have a “Special Event Insurance Policy”. Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Green Family Holdings, GP as an additional insured. Proof of insurance must be provided one week prior to scheduled event.
Alcohol can be served with a licensed caterer/ABC licensed bartender, but you can not SELL alcohol without a permit from the Town of Collierville and a licensed caterer or ABC licensed bartender. You are allowed to have alcohol at non-ticketed events with a licensed caterer or ABC licensed bartender. Alcohol can not be sold either directly or through ticketed events. The Rooftop on the Green requires proof of license of the licensed alcohol server one week prior to scheduled event.
Parking is available on the Town Square and at the public lot on Washington Street (behind 50 N. Main).
Renters and their caterers/vendors are responsible for the removal of all items brought to Rooftop on the Green. Tables and chairs must be free of food, liquids and trash. Event space including food prep area must be free of trash, food, liquids and serving items. All trash must be in closed garbage bags and placed by the back door at the conclusion of the event.
Regulations/Restrictions
No open flames, glitter, confetti, feathers, birdseed, fireworks, cool sparkler machines or fog machines allowed on property.
DJs are not allowed.
Music is allowed, but all noise must be maintained at a reasonable level not to interfere with neighboring businesses and residents.
